ATTE is the “Advanced Transportation Technology and Energy Initiative.” Our work has been a comprehensive branding and marketing effort: Websites, forums, newsletters, trade show exhibits, trailers, banner stands, permission email, posters, folders, brochures, product sheets, shirts, hats, ad specialties, videos, etc., etc.

ATTE is a statewide Economic and Workforce Development initiative of the California Community Colleges. ATTE acts as a liaison between transportation and energy businesses and the community college system; It creates curriculum and training, taught through California’s Community Colleges, to meet the needs of new, emerging technology businesses in the transportation and energy industries.
It’s really cool stuff: These transportation technologies include alternative fuels (electric, hybrid, hydrogen fuel cells), intelligent transportation systems, geographic information systems, alternative and renewable energy (wind generation, photo voltaic, bio energy, and energy efficiency), along with the more recognizable aeronautics, motorcycle and automotive technologies.
That all sounds very complicated, but here’s the bottom line:
Businesses who want trained employees in a particular field – can get ATTE to create the curriculum and coordinate delivery of the actual classroom training.- Employees who want retraining – can get the ATTE-created training and classes from a California Community College.
- Students who want a career in these industries – can get the ATTE-created training program from a California Community College.
- Faculty who want to teach classes in this subject – can get the curriculum and attend “trainer’s” training from ATTE.
Yep, it’s a pretty complete package, for them and us. We are proud to work with these guys.
